• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO) and agreed advance payment.
• Any changes or additions to the scope of work after order confirmation may affect timelines and costs.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
• Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation or contract.
• Late payments may attract interest as per applicable laws.
• Criptek reserves the right to withhold or delay deliveries in case of non-payment.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to material availability, site readiness, or unforeseen conditions.
• Criptek shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
• Installation is subject to proper site preparation by the client, including power, flooring, ventilation, and civil readiness.

6. Warranty & Liability

• All products and installations carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects as specified in the warranty terms.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Criptek’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components, as determined by our technical evaluation.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documentation provided by Criptek remain its intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.
